Zazie Beetz

​She began her career appearing in short films before landing her first significant role in the movie Applesauce (2015). Her breakthrough came in 2016 when she was cast as Vanessa "Van" Keefer in the acclaimed FX series Atlanta, created by Donald Glover. Thanks to her naturalistic and charismatic performance, she captured the attention of international critics and audiences, opening doors to major Hollywood productions.

​Since 2018, she has consolidated her career with prominent roles in blockbusters and auteur cinema. She played the mutant Domino in the superhero film Deadpool 2 (2018) and Sophie Dumond in the psychological drama Joker (2019), one of the greatest commercial successes of her career. She has also been part of the cast in films such as High Flying Bird (2019), The Harder They Fall (2021), and Bullet Train (2022).
