01Information You Provide

• —Account information: Email address used to create your account and sign in, managed through our authentication provider (Supabase).
• —Profile information: Username, nickname, date of birth, and gender, which you provide during onboarding.
• —Profile photo: An optional avatar image you may upload.
• —Preferences: Your selected streaming services, region, and language preferences.

02Information Generated Through Use

• —Ratings and reactions: Your movie ratings, reactions, and interests (saved or blocked titles), which are used to build and improve your personal algorithm.
• —Recommendation requests: The filters and preferences you apply when requesting personalized recommendations.
• —Subscription information: Your subscription status and expiration date, used to determine access to premium features. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple — we never receive or store your payment card information.

03Information Collected Automatically

• —Device token: If you enable push notifications, we collect your device's push notification token to deliver notifications via Apple Push Notification Service (APNs).
• —Performance data: Response times and processing metrics from our servers, used to monitor and improve service performance. This data is not tied to individual user identities.
• —Crash data: Crash reports collected through Apple's standard crash reporting tools, used to identify and fix bugs. This data is anonymized by Apple.

04How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• —Provide and operate the App, including authentication and account management.
• —Build and maintain your personal recommendation algorithm based on your ratings and reactions.
• —Generate personalized movie predictions, reaction predictions, and explanations.
• —Deliver push notifications you have opted into.
• —Process and manage your subscription.
• —Monitor, maintain, and improve the performance and reliability of the App.

We do not use your information for advertising, tracking, or profiling for third-party purposes.

05How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not share your data with data brokers or advertising networks.

We share information only with the following service providers, solely to operate the App:

• —Supabase: Authentication and profile storage.
• —Amazon Web Services (AWS): Server infrastructure, database hosting, and push notification delivery.
• —Apple: Subscription verification and crash reporting.

These providers process data on our behalf and are obligated to protect your information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable law.

06Data Sources

Movie metadata and images displayed in the App are sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB). Streaming availability data is provided by JustWatch. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

07Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data, including your ratings, reactions, profile information, and recommendation data. Some data may persist in backups for a limited period before being permanently removed.

08Your Choices

• —Account deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen within the App.
• —Push notifications: You can enable or disable push notifications at any time through your device's Settings.
• —Profile information: You can update your username, nickname, date of birth, gender, and other profile details at any time from the Settings screen.

09Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.

10Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
