He has scored Broadway musicals such as Baby (1983) and Big (1996) and films such as The Conversation (1974), Saturday Night Fever (1977), and Zodiac (2007). He was married to Talia Shire from 1970 - 1980 and has been married to Didi Conn since 1984.
