He is most known for his work on the show 24 where he appeared in several background roles, as well as serving as a stand-in and unofficial production assistant through the course of the show's run. In 2013, Lanza co-wrote the short film You & Me, along with frequent contributors Conrad Hunziker III and Paula Hunziker.
