Megghana had her breakthrough portraying Ramula in Tharun Bhascker's segment of the Telugu anthology film *Pitta Kathalu* (2021). She later appeared in a cameo role in *Most Eligible Bachelor* (2021) and played Rekha, a short film actress, in Damodara's comedy thriller *Pushpaka Vimanam* (2021). She played Abhitha in the slice-of-life drama *Prema Vimanam* (2023).
Megghana made her Tamil cinema debut as Vennila in Rajeswar Kalisamy's family comedy-drama *Kudumbasthan* (2025), opposite Manikandan. The same year, she played Shilpa in Supreeth C. Krishna's Telugu fantasy comedy *Tuk Tuk* (2025) and appeared in the Tamil music video "Vizhi Veekura," composed by Sai Abhyankkar.
