Douglas Forsythe Rye is an American actor, voice actor, and narrator. He is highly regarded for his deep, smooth vocal tones and is best recognized by video game fans as the long-running voice of Cao Cao in the Dynasty Warriors franchise and Dracula in the Castlevania series.
