Mark Meatto
Mark Meatto is an award-winning documentary producer based in New York who began his career as Ross McElwee's editing partner on Bright Leaves before going on to produce Remake (2025) with him. He directed and produced How to Grow a Band (2011), about the early days of the bluegrass band Punch Brothers, and The Ambassador (2010), and produced the Emmy-winning Super/Man: The Christopher Reeve Story (2024) and the docuseries Algiers, America: The Relentless Pursuit (2023). He is a Creative Executive at Words + Pictures, where he is currently producing an eight-part ESPN/Disney series on the New York Yankees, and studied at Harvard University.
