Impetigore is clearly aiming for that classy, folkloric horror vibe—creeping dread, village paranoia, and a mystery that slowly tightens around its lead. But if you need your horror to stay lean and suspenseful, the back half may test your patience with heavy flashbacks and explanation dumps that blunt the tension and make the climax feel more busy than scary.
