Set against a sleek Madrid backdrop, it plays like a psychological chess match: seductive, unsettling, and surprisingly precise in the way it reveals character through small contextual clues rather than big revelations. Ana Rujas and Jorge Roldán make the central dynamic electric, turning what could have been a simple two-hander into something tense and oddly tender, with each new beat shifting the power in the room. It’s not for everyone—there’s moderate nudity, heavy substance use, and a sexually charged atmosphere—but if you like dramas where desire and identity become the mystery, this one lingers.

Diana is clearly aiming for an intimate, erotic mystery where a single tattoo becomes the hook for a psychological game between an escort and a client, with Madrid nightlife as the mood. The problem is that the film leans hard on style and provocation while the characters often feel more like ideas and fantasies than fully convincing people, so the “revelations” can land as thin rather than gripping. If you’re sensitive to a male-gaze vibe or you want a mystery with real narrative payoff and emotional depth, this may feel like a slick setup searching for a point. That said, if you’re okay with a somewhat amateur edge and you’re mainly there for atmosphere, tension, and adult themes (including heavy drug use and explicit sexual content), it has enough energy to keep you watching.
