Director Sarah Daggar-Nickson shoots with sober restraint, making the tension feel lived-in and the subject of domestic abuse feel urgent and human rather than sensational. It’s not an easy watch and it isn’t designed as catharsis, but if you want a tough, timely drama that respects survivors and still delivers real suspense, this one lands with bruising power.
