In just 40 brisk minutes, it fires jokes with machine-gun rhythm, letting Orlando Bloom, Andy Samberg, John Cena, and a stacked supporting cast play their cycling archetypes with straight-faced sincerity while the world around them spirals into gleeful absurdity. The vibe is manic, crude, and knowingly stupid in the best way, skewering the pomp of sports-documentary seriousness while celebrating how far a bit can be pushed before it snaps. It’s not for anyone who’s put off by heavy sexual content and raunchy shock humor, but if you like your comedy fast, fearless, and packed with celebrity cameos, it’s an easy ride worth taking.

Tour de Pharmacy is aiming for a sharp, faux-serious sports documentary takedown of cycling’s doping era, stuffed with celebrity cameos and deliberately stupid characters. When it works, it’s quick, silly, and occasionally nails a deadpan line or visual gag, with Samberg and Cena committing hard to the bit. But it’s also aggressively raunchy (often in a “did we need that?” way), feels like an extended sketch more than a satisfying movie, and the Lance Armstrong presence can leave an awkward aftertaste that undermines the joke for some viewers.
