Aram is a wearied accountant with an unbearably dull existence. With a nagging wife who berates him for not being assertive enough, and a measly paycheck, he quietly suffers while awaiting a long-deserved promotion. But there's more to Aram than his mild-mannered demeanor lets on: he has been secretly devising a scheme to finally get what he feels he is owed. One day he asserts his power menacingly when he kidnaps a schoolgirl and keeps her tied up in an abandoned warehouse. What seems like the perfect plan soon unravels into his worst nightmare, and his carefully constructed scheme comes crashing down piece by bloody piece.

Explained

What people think about Evil Games

Evil Games is the kind of comedy-horror that dares you to laugh at your own discomfort, then rewards that nervous chuckle with a jolt of genuine dread. It takes a drab, put-upon everyman and lets his simmering resentment curdle into something twisted and volatile, creating a raw, grimy vibe where the tension feels close enough to touch. The film’s gory shocks aren’t just there for decoration; they underline how quickly a “perfect plan” can rot from the inside, keeping the ride engaging even when you want to look away. Fair warning: this is dark, mean-spirited fun rather than cozy horror, but if you like your thrills bloody, unsettling, and a little wickedly amused with themselves, it’s an easy recommendation.
