Under the Weather (2020)

When the main character’s wife falls ill, he is plagued by nightmares, and everything at work starts to fall apart. A horror-drama about the reluctance to accept the obvious, about attempts to escape reality and convince oneself to live in a fictional world where nothing ever changes.
