Hobb Springs is being looked after under the watchful care of Jackson and Sally, a socially awkward couple who introduce Danny to the long lost family he's never known. But soon Danny learns his relatives have a different way of living, that for generations, the Hillickers have observed ancient traditions rooted in cannibalism and other taboo rituals.

Explained

What people think about Wrong Turn 6: Last Resort

Wrong Turn 6: Last Resort leans into the franchise’s nastiest instincts with a pulpy, backwoods-gothic vibe that feels like a grimy roadside attraction you can’t stop staring at. The setup—a mysterious inheritance leading a group of friends into a decaying mountain resort—gives the film a fun, trashy momentum before it dives headfirst into its taboo, ritualistic horror. Valeri Milev keeps the pace brisk and the atmosphere mean, and Sadie Katz, in particular, brings a memorably off-kilter presence that elevates the sleaze into something watchably unsettling. Fair warning: this is one of the gorier, more sexually explicit entries, so it’s strictly for viewers who like their horror loud, cruel, and unapologetically over-the-top.
