Akiva Schaffer keeps the movie zipping along with rapid-fire jokes and blink-and-you’ll-miss-them visual gags, while John Mulaney and Andy Samberg give Chip and Dale a surprisingly warm, lived-in chemistry that makes their bickering and bond land.
