Step Up All In is pure, glossy dance-movie wish fulfillment: a neon-lit Las Vegas playground where the franchise’s best performers come back swinging, and the camera treats choreography like the main event it should be. Trish Sie keeps the vibe buoyant and crowd-pleasing, stacking inventive set pieces with 3D-friendly flourishes, sharp costumes, and that propulsive, “can’t-sit-still” energy the series does so well. The romance and rivalry beats are familiar, but they’re delivered with enough sincerity to give the big numbers emotional lift instead of feeling like empty spectacle. If you’re not into heightened, feel-good competition dramas, it won’t convert you—but if you want a fun, high-volume showcase of dancers going for broke, this one earns its applause.
