Laggies is that rare romantic dramedy that feels like it’s listening to you, not selling you something: a warm, wry little film about the panic of growing up when everyone else seems to have the manual. Lynn Shelton directs with an unforced humanity, letting scenes breathe and jokes land naturally, while Keira Knightley gives Megan a scrappy, endearing vulnerability that makes her messiness feel honest rather than cute.
