Neil LaBute stages the night with a nasty, efficient momentum—arrows thud, barricades splinter, and the farmhouse becomes a pressure cooker where fear turns into strategy and, occasionally, grimly satisfying humor. It’s pulpy in the best way, delivering bursts of cathartic violence without pretending to be anything other than a hard-edged survival ride built around one commanding performance.
