The tropical-island setting gives the mayhem a vacation glow—sunny colors, goofy survival antics, and just enough “uh-oh” peril to feel like an adventure without turning genuinely scary. Jason Lee’s long-suffering Dave adds a warm, grounding presence amid the slapstick, while the Chipettes bring a playful spark that keeps the group dynamic lively.
