Hero Fiennes Tiffin plays Hardin with a bruised sincerity that makes his attempt at growth unexpectedly moving, and Mimi Keene’s Nathalie brings a fresh, grounding presence that deepens the emotional stakes without turning the story into a detour. If you’ve ever been invested in this couple’s messy orbit, it offers satisfying closure; if you’re not, the melodrama and R-rated language may feel like a lot, but the atmosphere and sense of finality make it an easy romance-drama to lean into.

After Everything is clearly aiming for a softer, more reflective goodbye to the After saga, sending Hardin on a redemption trip meant to prove he can finally grow up and earn Tessa back.
