Director Bobby Kolli leans into a punchy, swaggering vibe that mixes waterfront grit, glossy overseas spectacle, and a surprisingly earnest undercurrent of family hurt and honor, with action set pieces staged to feel like celebrations rather than chores. Ravi Teja adds crackling momentum as the hard-edged counterforce, giving the film a lively push-and-pull that keeps the drama humming between fights. It’s unapologetically a mass entertainer—loud, larger-than-life, and occasionally conventional—so if you don’t enjoy fan-service bravado, it may not convert you, but if you want high-energy action with a charismatic centerpiece, it delivers.

The problem is the writing leans heavily on predictability and convenient turns, so the “twists” and drama often feel pre-decided rather than earned, and the tone swings between serious tragedy and broad comedy in a way that can be jarring. If you’re coming for tight storytelling, consistent stakes, or sharp humor, this can feel messy and overlong even when individual scenes land. But if you mainly want Chiranjeevi’s screen presence, massy set-pieces, and a few crowd-pleasing highs that don’t ask you to overthink the logic, it can still do the job.
