Accidental Love wants to be a zany, politically charged rom-com with a darkly absurd hook and a sweet “little person vs. big system” heart. The problem is it plays like an unfinished sketch stretched to feature length: the satire is loud but rarely sharp, the pacing is lurchy, and the jokes often land with a thud even when the premise screams for better timing.
