Guest House (2020)

Guest House is the kind of broad, shameless comedy that knows exactly what it’s doing: taking a simple “worst houseguest ever” setup and pushing it until it snaps, then laughing at the splinters. Pauly Shore leans into his throwback persona with an oddly nostalgic charm, and the movie keeps the energy high with escalating, ridiculous turf-war antics that are designed less to be believable than to be a good time. If you’re in the mood for something silly, stupid in the best way, and pleasantly better-than-expected as a late-night watch, it delivers easy laughs without asking much from you. It won’t convert anyone who hates crude, chaotic humor, but for fans of that vibe, it’s a surprisingly refreshing bit of mindless entertainment.

Guest House is clearly aiming for a rowdy, escalating “roommate from hell” comedy where the chaos keeps topping itself until everything falls apart.
