Explained

What people think about Zombie Strippers!

Zombie Strippers! is the kind of midnight-movie dare that somehow turns into a genuinely clever satire, using its gloriously trashy premise to poke at politics, puritanism, and the commodification of bodies with a wink and a snarl. Jay Lee leans hard into camp, but there’s wit under the neon—every outrageous beat feels like it’s enjoying the joke while still delivering the splattery, practical-gore pleasures a zombie fan came for. Jenna Jameson commits to the bit, and Robert Englund brings a perfectly oily showman energy that makes the whole carnival of bad taste oddly watchable. It’s not for the squeamish or anyone allergic to explicit nudity, but if you’re in the mood for brazen, funny, gleefully disgusting genre mayhem, this one earns its cult reputation.
