Made of Honor (2008)

Made of Honor is the kind of breezy, crowd-pleasing rom-com that wins you over on pure chemistry: Patrick Dempsey’s charming self-awareness and Michelle Monaghan’s grounded warmth make their decade-long friendship feel lived-in, not manufactured. The movie keeps a light, witty rhythm as it tosses its characters into weddings, jealousy, and just-enough awkwardness, with a Scotland backdrop that adds a playful storybook sheen without turning saccharine.
