But if you need a narrative, characters, or even a clear argument that builds rather than repeats, it can feel like the same point being underlined again and again—sometimes with a heavy hand that borders on preachy. Also, don’t mistake “documentary” for “gentle”: there are disturbing slaughterhouse images, unsettling body-focused scenes, and some sexual content that can make this a rough watch if you’re sensitive to that.
