Tina Fey’s screenplay fires off quotable lines like confetti, but what really sells it is how Lindsay Lohan and a perfectly cast ensemble let the jokes land while keeping the emotions recognizably human, especially Rachel McAdams’ icily charismatic Regina. The vibe is bright, fast, and deliciously catty, with a surprisingly clear-eyed look at how easy it is to mistake popularity for happiness.
