K-9: P.I. (2002)

K-9: P.I. has a scruffy, lived-in charm that comes from watching two partners who genuinely feel like they’ve earned their mileage—Jim Belushi’s Mike Dooley is easy to like, and the movie wisely lets his relaxed screen presence do a lot of the heavy lifting.
