The problem is it often feels more like a highlight reel of shootings and swagger than a coherent, emotionally grounded narrative, with choppy pacing and performances that can come off stiff or amateurish. If you’re hoping for the layered social commentary and craftsmanship of a top-tier gangster film, this will likely feel empty, chaotic, and oddly proud of its own brutality.
