The Road to El Dorado (2000)

The Road to El Dorado is one of those animated adventures that feels like it’s having a blast in real time—quick on its feet, bright as a freshly minted coin, and fueled by the kind of mischievous buddy-comedy chemistry you don’t often get in family films. Miguel and Tulio aren’t noble heroes so much as charming disasters, and watching their fast-talking confidence collide with a dazzling, mythic world gives the movie its zesty, irreverent spark.
