To complicate matters, in order to get the assistance of the sole witness to a murder, they have to pretend to be each other.

Explained

What people think about Bad Boys

Bad Boys is the kind of 90s action-comedy that knows exactly what it’s selling: swagger, speed, and two stars with the kind of chemistry you can’t manufacture. Will Smith and Martin Lawrence bounce off each other like sparring partners who secretly trust each other with their lives, turning every argument, chase, and close call into a punchline with teeth. Michael Bay’s Miami is all neon heat and kinetic mayhem, where the gunfights are loud, the cars are louder, and the movie’s grin is just as big as its explosions. It’s definitely not for viewers who want subtlety or clean language, but if you’re on the fence and craving a slick, high-energy crowd-pleaser, this one still hits like a summer blockbuster should.
