Carnosaur (1993)

Carnosaur is the kind of scrappy, gleefully nasty creature feature that doesn’t pretend to be polite—it's a pulpy collision of mad-science paranoia, eco-doom cynicism, and dinosaur mayhem that feels like a midnight movie daring you to keep up. The problem is the execution: the effects are frequently bargain-bin, the pacing drags between bursts of gore, and the story lurches from idea to idea with characters who feel more like placeholders than people.
