Eduardo "Eddie" Verchez Garcia (May 2, 1929 – June 21, 2019), colloquially known as Manoy, was a Filipino actor and filmmaker. Deemed one of the greatest Filipino actors of all time, he was noted for his portrayals of authoritative, antagonistic, and comedic characters. He contributed to nearly 700 film and TV productions over his 70-year career.

Garcia was the most awarded Filipino actor of all time. He was the most decorated actor in FAMAS Awards history, having been inducted into the hall of fame under three categories. Garcia was also the only actor to win a FAMAS Award for Best Supporting Actor for three consecutive years. His late-career work earned him international recognition. He won the Asia-Pacific Film Festival Award and Asian Film Award for Best Actor for his role in Bwakaw (2012). For his portrayal in Rainbow's Sunset (2018), he was awarded Best Actor at the Worldfest Houston International Film Festival.
